ArborMate LLC (“ArborMate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the ArborMate mobile application and related services.
Information You Provide
ArborMate allows tree service professionals to enter information used to manage their business, including customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, job descriptions, quotes, job photos, scheduling information, notes, pricing information, and payment status.
This information is entered by the user for the purpose of creating quotes, scheduling work, managing jobs, and using other ArborMate features.
Photos and Device Features
ArborMate may allow you to select or capture photos related to customers, properties, trees, or jobs. Access to device features such as photos is used only when necessary to provide features you choose to use.
Calendar Information
ArborMate may allow users to add job or quote-visit information to their device calendar. Calendar access is used only to provide calendar-related features requested by the user.
Subscriptions and Purchases
ArborMate offers an optional paid subscription. Purchases made through the iOS application are processed by Apple. ArborMate does not directly collect or store your complete payment-card information.
We may use third-party subscription-management services, such as RevenueCat, to verify subscription status and provide access to paid features.
How We Use Information
Information handled through ArborMate is used to provide and operate app functionality, create and manage quotes and jobs, provide scheduling and business-management features, maintain subscription access, improve reliability, and provide customer support.
We do not sell personal information.
Third-Party Services
ArborMate may rely on third-party service providers necessary to operate certain features of the application. Those providers may process limited information as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy practices.
Data Retention and Deletion
Information may be retained for as long as necessary to provide ArborMate's features and services. Users may remove information within the application where those controls are available.
